L’Accademia dell’Hardware e Software Libero “Adriano Olivetti”, la Fondazione Natale Capellaro con il Laboratorio-Museo Tecnologic@mente e l’Archivio Nazionale del Cinema d’Impresa di Ivrea

sono lieti di proporre al pubblico la proiezione del film “Quando Olivetti invento’ il PC” di Alessandro Bernard e Paolo Ceretto.

La proiezione del film si terrà martedì 4 ottobre alle ore 21 presso il Polo Formativo Universitario “Officina H” (via Montenavale IVREA), con ingresso libero e gratuito.

Seguirà la proiezione del filmato “Pier Giorgio Perotto e la programma 101″ un’intervista di Pietro Contadini.

Iniziativa con il patrocinio di Associazione Archivio Storico Olivetti, Associazione per gli insediamenti universitari nel Canavese, Comune di Ivrea e Fondazione Adriano Olivetti.

Inoltre l’Accademia ricorda i prossimi appuntamenti:

- 8 Novembre ore 18 sul tema del Web semantico
- 29 Novembre ore 18 sul tema della Reciprocità

Doctoral School of Politecnico di Torino is organizing an event dedicated to the study of issues related to the spread of computers in society.

The evolution of computer and information technology presents enormous opportunities for the improvement of many aspects of our lives but at the same time introduced new scenarios with controversial social and ethical implications.

It is therefore important to introduce, even in schools of engineering, a reflection on the social and ethical issues of technology. These issues are proposed, since the ’90s, in U.S. universities in inter-disciplinary departments (Science, Technology & Society “), in order to sensitize students to ethical issues that will face in their work, contributing to formation of complex shapes able to give a fair assessment of the social and ethical implications of technology.
